Information the site asks for
Hot Cocoa Atlas does not ask visitors to create an account, enter a payment method, upload files, or submit a form. Its state filter and search run in the visitor’s browser using the public guide index. Search terms are placed in the page URL so the search can be linked or reopened. Do not enter private information in the search field. The website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or newsletter signup tools in this edition.
Hosting and requests
The hosting service receives the requests necessary to serve the website and may process routine connection information such as IP addresses, request URLs, and technical logs under its own policies. We do not claim that no provider ever records a request. The site loads its own stylesheet, scripts, directory data, and hero image. It does not need browser location permission to show a guide; visitors choose a state or city themselves.
Links to other sites
Menu and evidence links take you to third-party websites operated by cafés, ordering services, tourism organizations, and publishers. Those destinations have their own privacy practices, cookies, account requirements, and purchase flows. A link is included to document a recommendation or help you check a menu. It does not make Hot Cocoa Atlas responsible for the external service or require you to purchase anything.
Editorial scope
The site is an informational guide. Listings describe published evidence as of the research edition and include uncertainty where appropriate. Nothing on the guide is a live inventory, reservation confirmation, transaction, or guarantee of availability. Questions about a specific drink, branch, or order should be checked with that venue. Read the methodology page for the difference between a menu-confirmed drink, a source-listed drink, and an unconfirmed lead.
